During this meeting, the shareholders approved the payment of dividends for the fiscal year 2024 at a rate of 1.45 Baht per share. An interim dividend of 0.60 Baht per share has already been paid, leaving a remaining dividend of 0.85 Baht per share for the second half of 2024. The record date for shareholders entitled to receive the dividend for 2024 is set for May 8, 2025, with the dividend payment scheduled for May 20, 2025.

In 2024, the company achieved remarkable success with total revenue of 31,985 million Baht, a net profit of 6,190 million Baht, and total sales of 26,743 million Baht. For 2025, the company is committed to stable growth with strong financial potential, aiming to launch 36 projects worth a total of 46,000 million Baht, covering areas in Bangkok, its outskirts, and regions, while also enhancing investment capabilities abroad.
